In this role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing Sponsors. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management while contributing to our club’s success.
Role: Customer Relationship Support – Commercial Team
Location: Remote with occasional in person attendance at customers events and meetings
Time Commitment: Approx 3-5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
• Assist in managing communications with new and existing sponsors, ensuring they receive timely and helpful responses.
• Help maintain our customer database, updating contact information and logging interactions.
Relationship Building:
• Support the team in nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, identifying their needs, and suggesting ways to enhance their experience.
• Participate in meetings to develop strategies for sponsor retention and growth.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback through surveys, follow-up calls, or emails.
