Role: Club Shop Manager
Location: Hybrid - This role requires you to field questions from our club shop website and email inbox. On home match days you would be there to support with sales, customer pre-order collections and organising orders to post out.
Experience: You would have ideally worked in a retail environment or a customer facing role, full training will be provided.
The shop manager should be confident with technology as the shop orders are digital but accessible via a mobile application.
Commitment: Flexible around orders and suppliers, this is likely to be 2hrs per week, plus an additional 2.5hrs on home match days.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club shop online
- Maintain inventory and manage stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service to fans and visitors
- Work with the club media team for a monthly newsletter promoting products and new stock announcements on social media.
- Take ownership and work directly with our existing and new suppliers regarding stock requests and orders.
- Prepare shop orders for collection or posting
