Both teams enjoyed 3-0 wins in midweek, with Emley moving up to 3rd with a 3-0 win over Goole whilst Maltby enjoyed a 3-0 away win at Emley’s Huddersfield rivals Golcar.

That was only the Miners’ second win of the season and sees them sitting in 16th place, both their wins have come away from Muglet Lane, so they will be looking to repeat the 3-0 win they enjoyed over Emley last September.

That 3-0-win last season was the first time the sides had met in the league, and Maltby would go on to the league double over Emley, courtesy of a 4-2 win at the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground in January.
