Emley travel to Brighouse Town on Wednesday (7.45pm) for another West Yorkshire derby in the Northern Premier League Division One East in a match that was rearranged from it's original new years day slot.
Both sides have experienced differing fortunes this campaign, Emley, on the back of winning the NCEL and promotion are riding high in second whilst Town are struggling at the bottom end and looking to avoid relegation back to the NCEL
The Pewits will be looking for another league double following the 2-1 win at the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground back in September.
Saturday's 3-1 derby win over Bradford Park Avenue made it 8 unbeaten in all, 7 in the league for Emley, Jordan Preston's 70th minute goal was the first Emley had conceded in 340 minutes, that win, added to Belper's 5th loss in 6 games means Emley now control 2nd place in the league table behind Cleethorpes.
Brighouse won their own derby at the weekend, beating neighbours Liversedge 2-1 at Clayborn, a win that saw them end their miserable run of 10 without a win, it was also a win that saw them move out of the relegation places for now.
Brighouse will be hoping to get their first home win since the end of November when they thrashed Carlton, Emley will look to maintain a superb away record which has seen them lose only once and concede only 3 goals on the road all season and will no doubt have a strong following to boost the crowd and back them.
This will be the 8th competitive meeting between the sides, there have been 3 wins each and a draw so nothing between the sides over the years.
Last time out:
Liversedge 1-2 Brighouse Town (Francis 2), Att- 218, NPL D1 East
Emley 3-1 Bradford P.A (Lindley, Rodrigues, Sorhaindo) Att- 564, NPL D1 East.
