Hosted by Chairman Andrew Painten, the panel included Vice Chairman and Head of Football Operations Marcus Pound, Manager Richard Tracey, Assistant Manager Steve Nicholson, and First Team Coach Ben Walker.
For a full hour, fans got the inside track into how the management team prepares for games, the challenges of our first season in the NPL, and the transition to the new league. The panel also shared how player selections are made and how we’re managing injuries. We then wrapped up the forum with a tour of the changing rooms.
