New Emley AFC partnership sees launch of BIGBOX Club Player of the Month award.

Ahead of their return to the NPL, Emley AFC have created a fantastic partnership with one of the biggest gyms in Huddersfield.

The club have already used BIGBOX during pre-season as Richard Tracey's men prepare for the forthcoming campaign. Once the season is underway, the clubs’ fans will vote for the BIGBOX Club Player of the Month award.

BIGBOX Sales Manager Alex Plant commented: “BIGBOX Huddersfield is the largest and most modern gym in town, featuring a fantastic facility that has undergone an impressive £4m+ transformation. We offer a wide range of amenities, including a 25-metre swimming pool, thermal spa, over 150 gym stations, 150+ weekly classes across multiple studios and specialised areas such as a ladies-only gym, spin studio, Box12 studio, boot camp studio, teen gym and a bouldering wall.

On the partnership from the club side The Pewits Vice-Chairman Marcus Pound said: “It is brilliant that we can use the state of the art facility that BIGBOX has built. The fact our players and coaches have been able to use their top notch machines and apparatus means we will be improving the fitness of our players going into a tough season after promotion.

“This partnership again signals our intent to continue to move forward on this journey and to keep improving. It shows our commitment to give Richard the best possible chance to succeed with a team on the pitch.”

The club thank BIGBOX for their support. Emley fans will be able to vote online for BIGBOX Club Player of the Month after the last fixture of each month of the season with an award presented at the first home game at the start of the following month.
