Our club is run by a dedicated team of volunteers.

Volunteering is hugely rewarding. Any success on the field is only thanks to the efforts of the team off it.

Everyone contributes as much time as they can and we always work around your other commitments.

We have a very successful Club Shop with sales made via our online club shop or in person on match days. We need a volunteer dedicated to this role to keep up with demand and increase our customer satisfaction.

Income generated by sponsorship is vital to the club’s development on and off the field and this is an area of significant growth but also opportunity. The club is looking to for new recruits for the commercial team.

Marketing Executive - View the opportunity here
We are looking to recruit a person dedicated to our keeping our fans and community up to date. This person should have a flare for writing and creating engaging newsletters and social media posts.

Catering/hospitality - More support is needed at our ever-popular Dugout Diner, to serve food in our hospitality suite, work behind the bar or cook/serve food to players and officials after the game.

Car parking marshals - The marshal's duty is to direct visitors to spaces in the car park, be a friendly face to welcome people and assist with any initial enquires on arrival.

Match Day steward - The steward's duty is to 'patrol' within the stadium to ensure all ground/safety rules and regulations are adhered to but to do this in a friendly and amenable manner.

Tuesday Club maintenance & clean up crew - Support is needed between matches, we do have a loyal band of (mostly) merry (mainly) men who clean up the complex and attend to any maintenance jobs that are required. Many hands make light work so we’re always on the look out for those available during the working week to help out.

Media & Marketing Team - We think we’ve got some of the best content and creators at our level of football but we want to do more and that requires extra people. In recent years, we’ve grown and improved our media output at Emley thanks to a flow of students and other young volunteers, usually from nearby Universities. It’s the perfect fit for individuals looking for work experience while studying or who have recently graduated. Specific skills we are looking for, video creators & editors, match day commentary, tweeters and reporters and graphic designers.

Lead volunteers and potential board members

As well as the roles mentioned above, we are always searching for lead volunteers and potential board members. We are a semi-pro football club but we never do things by halves.
We are looking for the right people to help us grow and improve off-the-field so we can challenge on the pitch and be ready to push on further up the football pyramid.

We highly value our existing volunteers and we are always open to new recruits but we are specifically looking for people to join us in senior roles with the potential to join the club board.
